AGM
Our Annual General Meeting is held every year in November and all parent/carers are asked to try and attend.
Complaints Procedure
Parents with complaints of any description should initially contact the Pre-School Supervisor/person in charge. If this is not dealt with by this person to your satisfaction, the complaint should be taken to the Committee. If the matter needs to be taken further the Committee will contact the Pre-School Learning Alliance or Ofsted Inspection Service. Alternatively parents can contact Ofsted directly themselves. Contact details are clearly displayed on the information board. Please refer to our Policy Documents for further information.
Personal Details
Please inform pre-school immediately of any changes to your child’s personal details i.e. contact numbers, emergency contacts, address etc. especially mobile phone numbers.
